protected cell company "protected cell company" means a company incorporated, or converted into, a protected cell company in accordance with the provisions of Part VIIIB of the Labuan Companies Act 1990 or such similar entity established under the laws of any recognised country or jurisdiction notwithstanding any statutory definition to the contrary;
